Sajjan Bagaria is the Founder and Chairman of T&I Global Ltd., bringing over five decades of visionary leadership and industry expertise to the Company. Guided by the principles of integrity, honesty, and fairness, he has been instrumental in building T&I Global into a globally trusted name in tea, food processing, and allied machinery. His unwavering commitment to engineering excellence, customer-centricity, and ethical business practices has laid the foundation for the Company’s sustained growth and international reputation.

More than 25 years ago, he established Mainak Tea Estate, reflecting his entrepreneurial vision and long-term commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping the Company’s culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, while creating enduring value for customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

Beyond his business achievements, Mr.Bagaria is deeply committed to social responsibility and community development, actively supporting initiatives that
contribute to the well-being and upliftment of society. His vision continues to guide the Company towards expanding its global presence while upholding the highest standards of excellence, integrity, and responsible leadership.

Vineet Bagaria holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from John Carroll University, USA, and a Certificate in Renaissance Leadership from northwestern University. He brings over 34 years of extensive experience in global marketing. His deep understanding of international markets and collaboration with global enterprises provides him with valuable insights into worldwide best practices and emerging trends. A proven leader in the tea machinery sector, Mr. Bagaria has been instrumental in steering the Company’s strategic growth, including its diversification into new segments within the food processing machinery industry, driving innovation and expanding its global footprint.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Bagaria is deeply involved with the Rotary Club of Calcutta Chowrenghee, reflecting his commitment to community service and civic leadership. His engagement with Rotary underscores a belief that sustainable business success is inseparable from social responsibility.

Looking ahead, Mr. Bagaria envisions the Company as a globally recognized force in food processing machinery – delivering engineering solutions that meet the evolving demands of large-scale food production across diverse markets. His focus remains on integrating advanced processing technologies, strengthening international supply chain partnerships, and expanding the Company’s portfolio to serve a broader spectrum of the food and agro-processing industries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and long-term value for customers and stakeholders alike.

Sangeet Bagaria holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bhawanipur College under the University of Calcutta and brings over 28 years of extensive industry experience across operations, manufacturing, research & development, innovation, and quality management. He also holds three patents in tea machinery innovation, for which exclusive usage rights have been granted to the Company, reinforcing its commitment to advanced engineering solutions and technological excellence.

He currently leads operations in Coimbatore and has played an important role in strengthening the Company’s manufacturing capabilities and operational growth. Under his leadership, the Company has further expanded its presence into East Africa, supporting its broader diversification and strengthening its international footprint.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Bagaria is actively associated with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Coimbatore, and Rotary initiatives in Coimbatore, reflecting his commitment to entrepreneurship, continuous learning, leadership development, and community service. His approach continues to focus on building sustainable growth through operational excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Viraj Bagaria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA. He brings valuable experience across the coconut processing, agro-processing, and allied industries, playing a key role in the Company’s diversification beyond its traditional tea machinery business.

Under his leadership and vision, the Company successfully expanded into the non-tea sectors, strengthening its presence across broader segments of the coconut, food, and agro-processing machinery industry. His efforts have contributed significantly to building and growing these verticals alongside the Company’s established tea machinery operations, enabling both segments to flourish simultaneously.

With a focus on innovation, operational growth, and evolving market opportunities, Mr. Bagaria continues to support the Company’s expansion into advanced processing solutions that deliver efficiency, quality, and long-term value across global markets.

Sharmila Tibrewalla brings over 23 years of industry experience and serves as the sole woman Director on the Company’s Board. With extensive expertise in marketing and a strong understanding of business growth and market development, she has contributed significantly to the Company’s expansion across diverse regions through her strategic guidance and market-focused approach. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is also engaged in social initiatives, reflecting her commitment to community development alongside sustainable business growth.

Baskar Srinivasan holds an M.Tech degree and brings over 26 years of extensive experience in entrepreneurship and project management. With a strong focus on
execution excellence, he plays an important role in ensuring alignment across functional, financial, and compliance objectives while driving projects. Drawing on his broad industry experience and leadership, he advocates a systems-driven approach that supports infrastructure development, operational efficiency, and improved service delivery.

Mukesh Kumar Marda brings over 29 years of industry experience in the trading of circular looms, spares, and bearings, serving sectors including tea garden machinery, cement, and other engineering industries. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to adapting to evolving technologies and delivering high-quality solutions that meet industry requirements. His extensive market understanding and long-standing industry association contribute valuable perspectives and support the Company’s continued growth and development.

Navendu Mathur holds a B.A. (Hons.) degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and has completed the Marketing Management Program from the Indian Institute of
Management Calcutta. With an impressive industry journey spanning over 46 years and a long-standing association with T&I Global Limited, he has played an important role in expanding the Company’s presence across domestic and international markets. His strategic vision and contribution toward introducing advanced machinery solutions have supported the Company’s growth and strengthened its global footprint.

Mr. Harish Kumar Mittal, the Director of T & I Global Ltd. in Bangalore, brings a wealth of experience to Camellia Clothing.
