• Mr. O.P. Bagaria – Mechanical Engineer from India’s most premier engineering institute – IIT Kharagpur, with over 40 years experience in the Research & Development of Tea processing machinery.
• Mr. Sajjan Bagaria - Over 50 years varied experience in all aspects of tea.
• Mr. Vineet Bagaria – Managing Director, T & I Global, with more than 20 years’ experience in global marketing. He holds a BBM degree from John Carroll University USA. A dynamic & soft spoken leader.
• Mr. Sangeet Bagaria - Director Head of T&I Global Ltd., operations at Coimbatore Heads TIGL research, innovation, manufacturing and quality departments.
• Mr. Manish Kumar Newar - Director of T & I Global Ltd., & Owner of Halmira & Socketing Tea Estates in Assam, manufacturers of 3 million kilograms of High quality Black CTC Tea.
• Mr. Harish Kumar Mittal - Director of T & I Global Ltd., based at Bangalore is the CEO of Camellia Clothing and IIM, Bangalore Alumni, assists in the overall operations.
• Mr. Debi Prasad Bagrodia - Director of T & I Global Ltd., & Owner of Gelakey Tea Estate, Assam, Another high quality black CTC manufacturer with over 40 years experience in Tea, he is also one of the most distinguished and imminent personalities in the tea fraternity in Assam.
• Mr. O.J. Johny – G.M., Research & Development with 40 years experience in the Tea Research & Development. Widely travelled & respected world over for his contribution to the tea industry.

• Mr. Sreedharan - Senior Service Engineer - Handles independently all installations, commissioning and trouble shooting of machinery supplied to India and abroad.

• Mr B Bhaskar – Director – M.E, Metallurgy, brings in over 30 years experience in engineering, especially in castings & machining, etc.
• Mr Sandeep Singh - Director – IIT Powai alumnus, brings in over 30 years’ experience in engineering
